I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Safety management: Safety training for production department, participate in patrols, assessments, and safety meetings, clarify the cause and provide countermeasures when an accident occurs.
- Quality management: Training, patrolling, monitoring quality compliance, clarify the causes, establish countermeasures, and implement countermeasures when NG occurs, participate in quality meetings, confirm Group leader report content, and direct Group leader.
- Manage progress and costs: Manage process capacity, make human resource plans for the management branch based on production plans and line capacity, confirm the management of raw materials, components, and consumable materials in the production department, factory 5S management, …

II. QUYỀN LỢI

- Salary will be negotiable.
- Bonus: 2 times (Bonus based on positive profit from company business performance of the previous year in Aug and additional 13th-month bonus at before Tet.

III. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Have experience at Japan company more than 3 years.
- Graduated from the college or higher.
- Good at Excel, Word, PowerPoints.
- Knowledge about 5M management.
- Good communication, TOEIC scores at least 500 points or Japanese N2 level.
- Have good skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving and hard working.
- There is no problem in physical and mental health, and there is no disease under treatment at present.
