-Quality control:
①Lab room management
-Measuring Equipment management:
? Maintain a master list of ? measuring devices ? tools
? Set up ? manage calibration schedules f? each instrument
? Monit? calibration due dates ? clearly label equipment status (Valid?Expired?Repair)
? Maintain calibration rec?ds: internal, external, ? ? cert?ied providers
? Control equipment conditions: malfunctions, deviations, transfers, ? disposals
②In-Process Quality Control
? Control ? management changing point
? In-process inspection
? Rec?d ? rep?t non-conf?mities ? supp?t root cause analysis.
? Ensure compliance with product st?ards ? quality ?s.
? Cooperate with production ? engineering teams to improve product quality.
? Maintain proper documentation ? quality rec?ds.
③Documentation ? Instruction Management:
? Prepare ? maintain W?k Instructions (WI) f? each measuring instrument
? Update measurement st?ards ? technical specs
? Train QC staff on c?rect usage ? measurement method
④Audit Supp?t ? Continuous Improvement
? Prepare documentation ? demonstrate readiness f? audits (ISO, IATF, customer...)
? Participate in root cause analysis when measurement-related deviations occur
? Suggest improvements in measurement methods ? propose new equipment
? Conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis): Gage R?R, etc

II. QUYỀN LỢI

III. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Male
- University Graduated
- K?ledge of ISO 9001:2015 (? IATF16949), ISO 14001:2015.
- At least 2 years’ experience at same position.
- Good communication, TOEIC sc?es: at least 500 points ? Japanese 3N level.
- Good problem-solving, time management skill.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings ? measurement st?ards
- Skilled in operating 3D scanner, Autograph, hardness testers, etc.
- Basic k?ledge of calibration ? holding relevant cert?ication is a plus
- Detail-?iented, logical thinking, ? honest
- Strong ?ganizational ? document control skills
